Bar Ingredients:
Graham Crackers
1 and ½ sticks of Margarine
1-cup Sugar
1 egg
½ cup canned milk
1-cup chopped pecans
1-cup coconut
1-cup crushed graham crackers
Icing Ingredients
Icing Ingredients
½ stick margarine
1-pound box powered sugar
3-Tablespoons canned milk
1-Tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
Line 9X13 pan with whole graham crackers.
Melt 1-1/2 sticks margarine and a cup of sugar in a saucepan.
Add one egg and 1/2 cup of canned milk to sugar and butter and bring to a boil stirring for about one minute.
Add one cup of chopped pecans, one cup of coconut and one cup of crushed graham crackers. Mix together and spread over the whole graham crackers.
Put another layer of whole graham crackers on top of this.
Icing: (mix in sauce pan)
1/2 stick margarine melted
1 lb. box powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons canned milk
1 Table spoon vanilla
Cover all the layer of crackers and chill before Cutting into small squares. Yummy!
