 Jalapeno Shrimp   

 Ingredients:

Shrimp (uncooked in amount for two adults)
Rice (for Two)
2T Jalapeno – both chopped and 1/4cup juice (to taste)
½ Cup Heavy Cream
2T Parmesan cheese
3T Butter

Directions: 

Sauté shrimp in butter, add jalapenos and juice.  When shrimp is pink add cream and Parmesan cheese.  Simmer until thick.  Pour over rice.
