Easy Pork Stir-Fry (Prep: 10 min. Cook: 15 min.)

Easy Pork Stir-Fry 

(Prep: 10 min. Cook: 15 min.) 

Ingredients
1 Tbsp.oil
1 lb. boneless pork chops, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce (or reg.)
2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
2 cups MINUTE White Rice
4 green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook and stir 4 min. or until cooked through.

2. Add water, barbecue sauce, soy sauce and stir-fry vegetables: mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat.

3 Let stand 5 min. Stir in green onions. I did not have the green onions and it was very good.
